we want to thank you for your continuous support and for being our customer all this time.
We at Thor, are proud to start offering to our clients Thor Telecom Selfcare System. We are now implementing Customer Self management system which will provide the possibility for each client to log into their account and have all the information about their service, their payment status and a ticketing system that can be use for any technical issues. All the clients Invoices are now automatically generated by the system and are all accessible in the self care area offering the possibility to pay them online with a card or a paypal account.

Our Payg clients will all now be able to log into their account to extend their service with 1,2 or 4 weeks without calling or coming to the office. The system will automatically turn on the service in less than 10 minutes after the payment is done.

Keeping in mind that it´s newly implemented, some small issues might appear but, as you already know, Thor team is always here solving and fixing everything.
